Processing and Shipping

Purchase Orders are processed in the order they are received. Processing time is dependent upon Google Checkout but typically takes 1-2 business days. Shipping times vary based on the product purchased and quantity, final destination, carrier and holidays. We make every effort to have products shipped out same day or the following business day. Shipping typically takes 3-5 business days but may be shorter or longer depending on circumstances. All shipments are made Standard Ground unless otherwise stated. Custom orders and multi-package/part orders may also take longer and all products may not arrive at the same time. Good Ideas takes no responsibility for the condition of a product once it has been shipped. In cases of manufacturer defects, arriving at the wrong location, not arriving at all or receiving only partial orders, Good Ideas will refund or replace the order at its discreation.

Good Ideas ships only to the 48 contiguous United States of America. If you place an order and you are outside of the 48 contiguous states of the United States of America, your order may be cancelled.
