Processing and Shipping

Purchase Orders are processed in the order they are received.  Processing time is dependent upon Google Checkout but typically takes 1-3 business days.  Shipping times are highly variable and depend on the product purchased, final destination, and carrier.  We make every effort to have products shipped out within 1-3 business days and you should receive a tracking number or receipt of shipment.   Shipping typically takes 3-5 business days.  All shipments are made Standard Ground unless otherwise stated.  Orders placed during or around holidays and the month of December may take longer to process and ship.  Custom orders and multi-package/part orders may also take longer and all products may not arrive at the same time.  Big Sky Markets takes no responsibility for the condition of a product once it has been shipped.  In cases of manufacturer defects, arriving at the wrong location, not arriving at all or receiving only partial orders, Big Sky Markets will refund or replace the order at its discreation.

Big Sky Markets ships only to the 48 contiguous United States of America.  If you place an order and you are outside of the 48 contiguous states of the United States of America, your order may be cancelled.
